Patience is not my virtue…


PatiencePatience is not my virtue… but I sure wish it was.

We live in a time where everything is at our fingertips instantaneously.

We can order anything delivered to us, some things electronic and delivered that very second, other things taking a few hours.

We send text messages and instant messages, have more emails pop up each moment than we can reply to, and scroll through each other’s lives as anonymous bystanders, constantly staying up to date.

All in all, we don’t have to wait long for many things.

Goal Setting Exercise- Just in time for the New Year!

Just in time for the new year, are you setting goals?  Are you ready to set goals that will keep you motivated and open up the possibilities you have in front of you?

I’ll be talking much MUCH more about goal setting and even how to replace goals in the new year, but for now, I challenge you to start thinking about whether or not you’re setting goals  or actually restricting yourself.

Today could have been my last

I am not trying to be overly dramatic

Today, as any day has the potential to, could have gone very differently.

It did however solidify my belief that Faith, whatever it means to you, is more important than proof.

The knowing, without knowing how.  The belief in what we cannot see.  The feelings in our bones that says PAY ATTENTION, these things cannot be explained, they cannot be proven.

They can however be trusted, if we but let go of our fear of needing to see it first. Allowing the knowing to be the guide. Continue reading “Today could have been my last”
