Redefining Life’s Ups and Downs

Rollercoaster

Life is full of highs and lows.

Comings and goings.

Light and dark.

Often we find ourselves swinging from one side of the pendulum to the other, experiencing the highest of highs only to be brought down by the lowest of lows.

As we experience one side of the spectrum, we look back and wonder how we got here after being in such a different space not long ago.

The Upside to Life’s Obstacles

This past weekend I had the amazing opportunity to join a room full of like-minded people at a four-day seminar learning about Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

If I had a dollar for every time my mind exploded with “Ah-Ha” moments, I probably would have been able to pay back the course.

Success at Your Fingertips

No detours, no side steps, no U-turns.

Just forward.
